RNR Golf Return Policy
We want you to love your RNR purchase! If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, returns are accepted under the following conditions:
Eligibility:

Returns must be made within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be new, unused, unwashed, unworn, and undamaged.

Items must be in their original packaging and accompanied by the packing list or receipt provided with your order.
Non-Returnable Items:
The following products may NOT be returned:

Custom or personalized orders

Merchandise that has been used
Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.
Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow 7–10 business days for processing.
Duties & Import Fees:

Any duties, taxes, or import fees paid at delivery are non-refundable, as these are collected by customs or the carrier—not by Rocks N’ Roses.
Damaged, Missing, or Lost Items:

If your order doesn’t arrive, or if any item is damaged or missing, please notify us immediately at customerservice@rocksnroses.com.

For missing or lost items, we will initiate an investigation with the shipper to locate your package.

If an item is confirmed damaged, missing, or lost, we will send a replacement as quickly as possible.
How to Return:
