RNR Golf Return Policy

We want you to love your RNR purchase! If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, returns are accepted under the following conditions:

Eligibility:

  • Returns must be made within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be new, unused, unwashed, unworn, and undamaged.

  • Items must be in their original packaging and accompanied by the packing list or receipt provided with your order.

Non-Returnable Items:
The following products may NOT be returned:

  • Custom or personalized orders

  • Merchandise that has been used

Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.

Refunds:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Please allow 7–10 business days for processing.

Duties & Import Fees:

  • Any duties, taxes, or import fees paid at delivery are non-refundable, as these are collected by customs or the carrier—not by Rocks N’ Roses.

Damaged, Missing, or Lost Items:

  • If your order doesn’t arrive, or if any item is damaged or missing, please notify us immediately at customerservice@rocksnroses.com.

  • For missing or lost items, we will initiate an investigation with the shipper to locate your package.

  • If an item is confirmed damaged, missing, or lost, we will send a replacement as quickly as possible.

How to Return:

  1. Contact our customer service team at customerservice@rocksnroses.com.

  2. Package the item securely with the packing list/receipt.

  3. Ship the item back using a trackable service to the address provided.
